Restaurant The Hio

The Hio - der Acker kocht in Hilzhofen is a new haute cuisine restaurant that combines regionality, excellent Michelin-starred cuisine, and sustainability. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience, with a sheltered pergola terrace and a newly designed and remodeled interior that provides a direct view into the kitchen. The outdoor furnishings are inspired by nature, with natural colors and materials used throughout. Thanks to the perfect combination of modern and traditional, the furnishings of Gervasoni's Gray collection integrate perfectly with the design concept, preserving the discreet colours of the environment to create a sense of continuity between interior and exterior.
